Banganga Boys

The community of Banganga is located right next to the Indian Ocean. Many of the children within the community meet near the water nearly everyday (depending on the tides) either at the end or the beginning of the day to play games and hang out. The entire beach, sadly, is covered in rocks, plastic bottles, rotten food and other garbage. The boys will usually burn a controlled fire to keep pests away from the garbage and hide the smell. The activities they usually participate in include fishing (with cloth), playing cricket and sometimes even surfing.  A lot of the boys in this picture don't even go to school because they are required to help around the house. A purchase of this image will be delivered to the address you provide and will include a picture folder with the picture and the the story of the boys present.100% of the profits from the purchase will be donated to the Banganga community as a whole.
